It looks awesome. If I could ever afford it I would get the monk armor as well. Best looking fissure armor there is.

I want the Obsidian Helm. With it, and my (future) Kurzick gloves, my warrior will not only have rockage armor, but no piece will be in the same set as another. how cool. yes.
I've come to terms with the fact that I've never Fissure of Woe'd it out so I'm wondering if anyone is up for a run.
that, and how often does ecto and shards drop there and think I'll be able to pick up 15 of each?

Typically Ecto only drops in the Underworld (UW) and Obs. Shards only drop in the Fissure of Woe (FoW). On a good run, 3-4 for the entire team would be a good drop rate.
Of course, I've never spent any extended period of time down there beyond killing the smites in UW. I don't think I've even made it to the armor guy before.
I'd be up for doing a few UW or FoW quests and exploring beyond what I've done in the past with a larger balanced team. Otherwise a UW trapper team should be a little easier once a few of us have a ranger hero fully levelled and equipped.

I've been to the armorer a few times myself, never had the mats or bucks to craft anything but I've been with groups. Just let me know when and what character you need.

Me too. Know before you go what crafting items you need. Don't rely on getting anything in drops.

yeah, I know the materials needed. probably buy the ecto and shards from a rare material crafter, I guess. which, reminds me to go see the price their going for.

I'm guessing there isn't much flesh up there and that ViM wouldn't work so well?
if so, I'd probably bring my Quivering build
(Savage Slash, Quivering Blade, Final Thrust, Flurry, Lion's Comfort, Watch Yourself, Conjure Frost, Rez sig)
how does it look? improvements? replace conjure frost with a ritualist weapon spell or Judge's Insight?
