He changes locations from week to week, and offers gifts in exchange for an item he is colleting that week. You can get a max of 5 gifts per week per account. Here is the beauty....some of the things he offers are unique to him. Everlasting tonics, minatures, golds, summoning stones on top of not so rare alcohol, sweets, and party favors.
