New TS / FTP server ...

It is finally happening, I am retiring our 5+ year old server which has faithfully (almost to the end) served our website, teamspeak and file server. It will be replaced with a new shiney legendary item :) Our website has moved to a new server and is actively being developed. Teamspeak and FTP will now be offered by this server. No changes to TS will be necessary but the old server is going down today as I replace it with the new one.

I don't think it could be any closer to the end then it already is. I will morn at its wake, it was a good ole' machine that desires something more then just a scrap heap. :)
 
It is a Supermicro 5014C-TB with 2 GB of RAM and a single WD 80 GB Sata 7200 RPM. It is my sandbox for work. Oh, processor is P4 640 3.20 GHz 800 MHz FSB 2 MB L2 Cache, running Fedora Core 6 64-bit.

Thanks, Adam, for all of your hard work on getting this machine replaced. I know you've run into some problems, and put a lot of time into taking care of us. We appreciate it! :)
 
Thanks, I appreciate the encouragement. It has been frustrating to see reliability fall away leaving people wondering about it's availability. This is the very thing I do as a living and it carries over to my recreational play ... unfortunately. TeamSpeak will be coming down in the next two hours as I am heading over to shutdown the old one down.
