I couldn't sleep much last night, so i started youtubing music i enjoy, and i ran
across this band that i never heard before. I was blown away to say the least.

pls leave comments and tell me what you think. I will post more of these guys in the future, and they have some real treats too.

I have been a big fan of Apocalyptica since they started out as a Metallica tribute band. That's all they did on their first album was Metallica covers on Cello and they rocked.

I first heard them in the mid-late 90's and have been a huge fan ever since.
 
Ha. Oddly enough, it was the same guy who got me into WoW that introduced me to that band a few years back. Granted, I'm not a big metal fan, but they are legitimately talented dudes, and they also play regularly for a legit symphony orchestra

Only trouble I have is that most Christian bands don't preach Jesus in their songs... Most songs could be a love song to a girl and not talking about Jesus crucified and the need for Him.

Now that I've said that I was impressed allot recently by a group of Rappers, yeah rappers, I don't like rap but these guys preach the word like no Christian artists I know, they are not fluffy love songs, nor could you be confused about who the song is about.

I'm Not Jesus and I Don't Care are still two of their best songs. Plus their tributes to Slayer and Pantera (my two favorite metal bands) are two of the best tribute albums I've heard...besides Clapped In Irons (the Iron Mainden Tribute).
