hey well me and my frends are making a skate video and i need some good soft beet songs, it doesnt have to be chisten but if you know of aney good ones that would be so much help
 
Depends on what you're looking for, I guess. Soft beat? Er... maybe... Oh, I don't know. I mostly listen to dc Talk and tobyMac nowadays
 
A sweet song would be "Fanatic" by LeCrae. I think it would go great with a skate video. But I guess it's not exactly a 'soft beat' song... heh...

If you want something in the instrumental hip hop spectrum, try Pete Rock's The Surviving Elements (iTunes link), as it contains a bunch of alternate instrumental takes from his album Soul Survivor II.

What do you mean by "soft beat"? Are you talking about rap stuff like these guys think, or just anything a little more on the quiet side?
 
If you dont mind a little weirdness, check out Havalina. You should check them out either way because you can get 2 CDs for free from their site. See what you think (most people other than me don't like these guys).
