Need HELP:  Creating CGA Flyers

Well, first I will go ahead and explain what I am doing.

On December 28th through December 30th, 2004, I will be in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee with my Youth for the annual Xtreme Winter 2004. There is to be thousands and thousands of teenagers many of whom are struggling believers, I bet, and as an organization suited to fit the needs of all who believe in Christ, and as the Public Relations coordinator, I am going to want to advertise by handing out flyers and such.

However, in order to get printing and everything off of the ground I need a couple designs and logos and maybe if someone would like to create, a flyer. I have a lot going on and I need as much help as possible. I plan to hand out the flyers, and even have a shirt or have something airbrushed on my mesh hat advertising the organization.

And an idea I'm running through the treasurer, possibly, knowing there should be an alter call, is acquiring a new bible to give to one of the indiviuals who steps forth and maybe gets saved...as kind of a hand to guide them to the right places.

I would like to get this off of the ground as soon as possible. Please PM me or leave a comment if you can help or with your designs.

I dunno, school resumes upcoming week so my schedule will be locked up :| *grumbles about highschool* anyway if I can, I'll try to help, but I believe rizz is the person you're looking for. He's def. good in graphic design, I'm not even worth comparing

Phix do you realize you're going to be in my neck of the woods??? Probably not but depending on traffic you will be less then an hour away. Not sure if I can help due to rl job that never and I mean never closes. Are you a part of the mid winter gathering or something different. We had one this past Feb there I think and our pastor was the speaker.

No, Xtreme Winter is something they do every year. It's done in 3 locations this year I believe.

The 3 day event I will be at will have speakers like: Jay Strack, Tony Nolan, David Nasser, and my favorite Johnny Hunt. With concerts from: Kutless, Tree63, Rebecca St. James, Newsboys, Newsong, Superchick, Building 429, etc.

Those are some pretty high-quality artists! Which three locations would that be?

I'll neeed basic layout..any logos involved and if we have rights to them (if its just cga then were ok).. any taglines/text and the priority of the taglines... General colour scheme if you want to do so.. or give me free reign.
