They have made the game easier now with the pre-cataclysm preparation patch... so its SUPPOSED to be easy now. This way, you can play and you will still be correct about WoW's easiness in wotlk.
 
There will probably be one last patch before expansion hits (4.0.3 I think) which will probably do the same thing that they did when we transitioned from BC over to WotLK in nerfing the health pools of the latest bosses by a significant amount.
