Moral Issue

Someone purchased a 90 day play card for Icthus. What should he do?

I will tell you same thing I told Ewok, give wife setup for parental controls and let here control it all, nah jk though i did do that with my wife she set it up i have no idea the password if i start going to much she will lock it down.

Get in prayer about it. If it is a issue of playing to much set some goals or have wife set some restraints. If it is mental get in prayer about it and ask the lord to help. I have gotten to the point of praying before i play for peace and after for wisdom and peace and it has got me on a good limit so I thank the lord for that.

Each person has their own way to deal that is how i do. Would be fun to play with you again but the fellowship is here or ingame not one or the other.

As you well know that is my usually mode of polling.

However, with it being a moral problem, I felt only one choice was correct.

I also limited the poll to four options.

See there is some planning to the polling of the Icthus.

Not necessarily. You could just roll a new character and explore the altered old world. Or you could just take a few months with a mid-level character to take in the new sights.

/shrug

That's what I plan to do if/when I re-sub for 30 days a few days before Cataclysm launch.
 
The moral issue is that I have always railed on WoW since LK released.

I think they have made the game too easy.

I have staunchly told people I would not come back. Mostly due to the cost factor, now that is not a factor.

So do I stand my ground or poke around in WoW.
 
Good point. If your going to come back and then moan about the game and how it's terrible... why bother?
 
MMOs are all about the community and all your virtual friends are coming back so you might as well play and LIKE it. The game is more stable and polished then most with a bunch of new content around the corner. What else are you gonna do really (with your gaming allotted time) except wait for TOR and GW2. Just need to get Baddwin on board next. Blizzard theme park here you come!

what else are you gonna do if you don't play wow? sit around and wait for another mmo? I'm pretty sure there is more to Icthus' life than centering it around a game. if there was principle behind quitting, then the principle still exists. If it does not, and you want to come back, then be free at last! whatever you can do in faith is good, but don't come back cuz there is nothing else....that i'm pretty sure is not true for you....

I was referring to his already allotted gaming time and changed my post to reflect that. He is playing other games right now, just not WoW, so its not a "should I game?" question it is a "should I eat crow for bashing WoW and return to easymode mmo? He should have phrased it as a personal gaming-integrity question not one of morals.

My opinion on WoW's difficulty is not that they've made it easier; it's that they've given people the ability to make it as hard as they want it to be.

I appreciate the fact that I can see the entire story and content without having to make the game my idol.

I haven't played in over 2 weeks....the horror...
Can you say fail 5gb+ downloads vs. 4 k/bs on dialup...do the math..

You should play some Icthus
