Greetings,
Ok. I dont know if this is the right area. But this does not seem to be only PC type games and this is the Gen Forum so...
Talk of gaming and such. I am in Sac Ca moving to MN. I cant wait to get their. My wife has been their for 2+ months. The kids are with me and have only seen her for 4 days (THG Holiday) and she and them are missing each other badly. Can not wait for summer to by a Travel Trailer and get out camping just the 5 of us.
So, Mexican Train dominos. Way too much fun. More for adults, but my 8 year old can play well. 5 to7 people is a blast. Walmart has Double 12 sets. Dont recomend getting anything higher.
Anyway. Many ways to play.
- Start with double 12's, then each game goes to next one down...
double 11's, double 10's...
- Place the double in center of plastic train station thingy.
- Draw 12 or so tiles. Bout 16 for 4 to 10 for 8?
- Can play if you have a double tile equal to current games double.
- Keep drawing tile each turn till you get current double to start.
- If you can not play you place a train on your station exit, go tooootoooot and Anyone can then play there on their turn. As long as train is on your station (or tiles as your train gets long) another player can play on it.
- When you can play on your train you remove the toy train
- You can not play till you have your matching double. After that you can play on yours or any open one.
- Only lay one tile per turn unless you lay a doubles. You have to close it off with another doubles or it Tooooots and NO ONE can play anywhere until the double is closed. You must draw one if you can not close it. Others as well.
- Get rid of your tiles on others and yours.
- Last tile in your hand double tap it on table for warning.
- Each dot is worth a point. Double Blank tile is 50 pts.
- From double 12's to double 1's or when ever.
- Lowest score winns.
I am not much for gambling. But we adults play $.01 per point. We never anti up. But we do hold it over each others heads for years and years. A good running $ tally is great bragging rights. We keep the pad updated...
Good way to meet neighbor campers, etc. and is a blast to play!

I really dislike Walmart, but Target does not have them. $12 or so.
Peace.
