ive done a few google searchs, where can i find an authority on laws prohibiting human testing?

laws will vary depending on local authority. However, medical research testing conducted on live humans is likely regulated by the U.S FDA. I'd start there.

i just spent 30 min searching FDA website, i cant find anything prohibiting human testing as an immediate research step. its a known common fact you cant test on humans immediately until u do animal testing blah blah blah but i need something that strictly says no human testing until other stuff is done.

On behalf of the CGA forums (and with Tek's permission), we hereby strictly say you can not do medical tests on human beings until other stuff is done.

somehow i dont think my teacher will think tek7 is an authority on the subject >.>

I'm not so sure there is such a law that prohibits human testing until after there have been animal tests. I'm pretty sure I've seen a product that was advertised as never tested on animals.... can't swear to it, nor can I remember the name. darn late night infomercials.

Also a quick google search for "human testing laws" popped up a lot of references to EPA laws regarding human tests.
