This is the post that I had made on our private forums...
ALSO foebane is wanting to run guild only runs..so they will not be joining us.
First come first serve.. The first people to sign up will be added, those who do not sign up or get with me in game..may lose their spot.
I am sorry about the last raid all. We had a lot of people leave the guild, and I was gone and did not have time to get the coordination down. We need people to step up so that we can get these MC raids started..once we get a good solid group it will be much quicker.
This time we are working with Redeemed and Foebane (redeemed has already agreed..we are waiting for foebane)
We will be going 2 nights in a row, so please make sure you have time to attend both.
If you have people that want to go..Have them get ahold of me ingame..and I will try to work with them to get them in the raid

bannard is a lvl 60 rogue and so is pro
cammandus is a lvl 60 paladin
stoop 60 hunter (not sure if he has tranq shot)
Melko (good) lvl 60 mage
Sam 60 warrior (i think def spec)
Tenacity 60mage (ice i believe)
Boazz 60 warrior
Jaz is also a hunter i believe
to say that you have all your rogue spots full when co-operating with 2 guilds might be a bad idea you might want to leave 1-3 open so that the other guilds can send their rogues, not a good taste of an alliance when you only use other guilds to fill your blank spots.
If you talk with Kammy he would probably run MC with us instead just need to let his instance reset.
Evi is MIA yes but did we check her horde characters on Cenerius? or maybe try emailing her/herbrother Lore to see what is up, that is an issue that i will take up with leadership a bit latter maybe.
Good luck on your run, i have done MC many a times, hope you guys utilize the link i gave you in another topic for strategies, and good luck, hopefully you guys can bring down mag.

7paladins 2 warlocks instead or drop it down to 2 hunters
also i would recommend having atleast 2 healers in each group

and make sure everyone knows their class roll for the most part paladins in boss fights heal and remove debuffs.
you can fight just about every boss and not lose anyone if you have good healers
meaning
Paladins do the little healing on the guys in his/her party keeping them alive while 3-4 priests rotate on the main tank.
be sure to combat rez maintanks if they die also
if anyone has a repair robot that will be great for you. like i said good luck. i hope you guys can make it past mag.

As for the rogue spots.. I already figure that we will need to adjust this.. Those were just figures that I had put together so we would have some idea of what classes we would need.
As for pro and bannard.. I will make sure they have a spot.. But unfortunately we cannot accept any other rogues besides them.

When I checked with Kammy (lvl 60 priest), he's running MC with snuggles and so is his brother Steal (lvl 60 rogue). Steal is most likely to go where his brother goes. And Kammy is most likely to go where he can get his brother in. So best to count them both out.

dark what i suggest is that Mes/Redeemed and if foebane joins then the three leaders get together and say this is how many of X we have then once that is all determinded each guild is given a certain amount of spots.
Thus lets say Redeemed has 4 rogues, and only 6 are needed, while redeemed only has 1 warrior and 4 are needed but
MeS has 8 rogues, and 6 warriors.
each guild lets say is given 20 total slots that they can assign, of corse we want to get as many of our own ppl in (i am not in redeemed) but at the same time you can "trade" so that if MeS wanted to send more warriors then they could maybe trade a rogue spot for it. little hard to follow but the basic premise is you set X amount of ppl that you want to go.
each guild is then given half of that to fill. if one side has extra of something while the other side has extra of another then you can trade spots so to say so that it evens out. i realize redeemed is a smaller guild and is primaraly going to be playing filler roles but the question has to be raised of fairness if there are only 2 guilds helping then you might as wel do it a 50/50 split then you would probably end up with
3rogues from Redeemd
and 2 priests.
also try to get 2-3 dwarf priests for fearward(1 at the very least).
you can be pretty safe that those who want to go from redeemed have alrdy signed up the deadline should be either today or tomarrow at 10pm EST or so then you can start seeing who you have committed (100% sure they can go) and then start filling spots from there.

Going through the roster of 60's thats pretty much all we have.
The only exceptions are: Kammy (Priest), Steal (Rogue) and Elijiah (Hunter). Kammy runs with Snuggles and Steal also runs with them. Elijiah mentioned he wasn't interested in running MC.

you could probably snag kammy but you would have to drop another rogue to take his brother, maybe...
Alright.. we still need at least 14 people and it looks like both guilds are running out of 60's to join (or that are interested).
We really need priests and druids. Does anyone have another guild that would like to join up with us, or know of a priest or druid that would like to go?
I know about kammy, but im still trying to find a way to get the rogue situation worked out.
I also know that this is a little hectic, but once we get a normal group going, it will be much easier.
If I we cannot find more by 9:30 cst.. I will make a post on the wow forums to see if i can find us some.

I'd like to go, despite what Bannard said, i go wherever I can get into, I had spoke with the person incharge of MC some time ago, they said they were"full on DPS". I can go with anyone, I don't just go where my brother does. He can get me into A-Team, so if you can get me into MeS, go for it, otherwise please don't make assumtpions.

I have gotten some commitment out of a few people we talked to tonight. I've sent you an ingame mail Darkoriaz. In brief:
