You can always check allakhazam and go to bestiary by zone, select MC, and then select the individual bosses. I like this method cause it gives you the drop rates for the items on each boss.
It really depends on what you want, all tier 1 set pieces drops in MC boss, except the boe epics, Onyxia drops tier 2 head pieces, and Ragnaros drops tier 2 pants.
