Mage help please

[Reason]

After a long break with Reasonable, I started playing my mage again. I had a question however. Does Mage Armor (which allows 30% of mana regen while casting) and Arcane Meditation (which allows 15% of your Mana regeneration to continue while casting) stack for 45% mana regen while casting?

I think so, because I think I saw it somewhere on the official mage boards...

Then again, Flashfight doesn't have Arcane Meditation, because I'm intentionally sacrificing longevity/mana conservation for more PWN!

It is supose to stack but their are a number of bugs with it, if you cast mage armor and it wears off you don't get the bonus from the talent until you relog. A lot of the time they don't work together at all until you relog especialy if you die a lot (you can check this with regen meter). For the most part I don't find the talent very useless because most of the time it doesn't work with mage armor, and usualy the only time I need mana regen is in raids where mage armor is up anyways.
