hey, what's macro-evolution? curious. i want somethign that is not in technical terms,that i can understand...

Macro evolution is the theory that certain species evolves into a different species. It basically is the theory that we evolved from monkeys Micro evolution is the theory of survival of the fittest. Change within a species. If a species needs speed to catch it's prey then theoretically the faster ones will do better and be more likely to pass on their genes, so the species as a whole becomes faster over time.

Yeahs, basically what Didasko said. Micro evolution is generally accepted as being true, while macro evolution is much more controversial for its lack of substantial evidence and radical premise.
