Hahahahaa...insert joke here about how there aren't really any other games out there for the Mac.
I'm not sure how many other games use the Gamespy client as their server browser, but if there were any developers thinking about making a game available for the Mac and wanted to use Gamespy's technology, they'll probably think twice and just not make the game for the Mac, period, rather than spend time making server browser code.
At any rate, the only games that I can think of that are actually available on the Mac include UT2003/4, Warcraft III...uh, World of Warcraft...Knights of the Old Republic...Splinter Cell. Games exist, but you don't have the variety like on the PC.
