Lower Level Instance Runs - now on Thurs

We've decided to move the lower level instances to Thursday night at 6pm server time (9pm Eastern), because Saturdays don't seem to be working out.

This week we're going for medium ground and running Blackfathom Deeps. It's official levels are 22-30.

Probably in Crossroads, as we don't know that everyone will have a flightpoint to Ashenvale.
