Checked out the thread. Posted. Been loooong time since I posted on that forum (went back to look at some of my old posts from over a year ago... lots of discussion on crafting/tradeskills).

Anyway, I'll check in on the game every once in a while perhaps and would love to try beta. We will see if they have in mind to implement enough to keep us not so combat oriented folk entertained [and yes I am not very combat oriented, even in Guild Wars...spend most my time exploring and creatures attack so I defend myself ]

No, unfortunately it is going to have a monthly fee. But it is going to pull a Guild Wars and offer a much different experience than a traditional WoW or EQ2 type of MMORPG. This game is about living in Middle-Earth as much as it is about playing a game.
