Heh, looks like we have a bit of a misunderstanding. Corpfox, a midi keyboard is what he's looking for. It's a keyboard that you use to make music, looks just the same as a piano keyboard.
A full size midi keyboard huh vanaze? My roomate has one, but it only has ~3 octave accessable at any given time. Cost him about $99, and by full hammer action, do you mean velocity? I can see how not having a full size keyboard would be a problem with more complex music, especially piano music. I'll try to get the brand name from him, as he now lives in california. It was a very decent keyboard, and I think they'd have something in your price range.
