Hey played Aion when it was first released and liked it, but I didn't have the time to really delve in. But now I have some free time and was wondering if there was room for an Aion noob... If so what is a good class...I prefer the melee but the FAST melee classes....was thinking Assassin but wasn't for sure.

For fast melee I'd say assassin or chanter...chanter being a hybrid of melee and buffing (with some healing thrown in), but the staff attacks are fun.

Gladiators hit hard but are slower (haven't tried dual wield on mine). Templars are all about absorbing damage.

Will be good to have ya,, and i vote for assassin due to their very OP stun lock abilities, and massive burst damage that will render you about 3 sec to live...
