Legging Enchants?

I've seen a couple of people with legging enchants, Adam has one with AP/Hit and something else he said he got through a ZG enchant..

There's another one I've seen with 40 ap and 10 crit, does anyone know where this comes from?

Leatherworks can make armor kits that go on legs that give defense, ap, agility, stamina, armor, etc. Tailors can make threads that give healing, spell damage, spell crit, etc.
