Lawsuit brought against Apple over the iPod's ability to deafen you

Warning, apparently the iPod (Like just about every other electronic audio device EVER MADE) can cause hearing loss. I think this proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Apple does indeed have intentions of global domination, and thanks to the iPod, we won't be able to hear it coming.

People that blast the music in their iPods without any good reason (trying to hear it over a crowd or something) are pretty dumb.
