keyboard or mouse?

I got the G15 keyboard for BF2 and found it extremely helpful. Now that I play GW, I wonder if most of you just use the mouse for your skills or do you use the number keys? I am so used to the mouse that I am not sure if I could switch, but which method seems to be faster?
 
number keys 1-4 for spam skills, mouse alternating tab for targeting.

the keyboard is faster once you get used to it. I used to use the mouse till I started monking, then the keyboard sorta became necessary
 
I do the same thing as vibro.

Movement and skills 1-4 on the keyboard, I also used it for the hot keyed targeting, like T for called targets, C for the closest. And of course the almighty space bar!

I use the mouse for manual targeting and skills 5-8, as well as changing the camera angle.

I agree that using the keyboard for skills is necessary for monking.

edit: I dunno... I just tried it and it realllly slowed me down. I am thinking 'if it ain't broke don't fix it'

With the mouse I never have to take my eyes off the screen, but I found myself constantly having to readjust my hand to the keyboard (not used to using those numbers, usually use number key pad but can't do that here since I need my hand over the W) Do any of you use the G15? If so, how do you have it configured?

i actually use my keyboard for 1-8...... and for monking my monk skills are 1-5, orison, healing breeze,heal party, WoH, heal other. and that works well for me. i use my mouse more for targeting for nuking
 
I have my skill bar displayed vertically with 2 columns beside the party list. This way I can click their name and the skill with a twitch of the wrist.
 
I use the mouse and I feel like I am a pretty good healer. It has not effected me in PvP. 71 fame from rank 4 YAY!
 
I mainly use mouse for using skills, I use the keyboard to move and to target called targets and closet target and to search for certain type of baddie when im farming. I like Astro's idea of haveing skill bar next to party when monking sounds like it would be really helpful.

I have never used the keyboard for monking before and still have been complimented for my skillz at monking.

It's in the options. I can't remember what the option is called but you can essentially change or move anything that shows up on your screen in the game including disabling those annoying pop-up text blocks. Whatever changes you make affect all your characters so keep that in mind.
 
Well, after years apon years, everytime i set my left hand on the key board my fingers automatically adjust to the W,A,S,D key. kinda cool, cept in computer typing class. i guess you just have to get trained with it. My mouse was dying last weekend and i found it extreamly difficult to play with JUST the keyboard, and i have also tryed to play with just the mouse... well lets say my death count tripled. anyway i find it INCREDIBLY easy with the keyboard and mouse but hey, what ever floats ur boat.
PS. its good to see a new face around here, (watch out for C$ he's... odd <_< >_>)
