Romans 14, that's how.
Different Christians feel differently about different issues, and the Bible makes it clear that God allows a certain amount of 'room' for those differing beliefs. Now, clearly, there are black and white issues that scripture speaks very clearly about. On those issues, we don't have 'wiggle room'. On issues where the Bible is silent, though, we need to avoid taking our personal beliefs and convictions and enforcing them on other believers.
That same passage, though, makes it clear that we who feel that God's grace allows us more freedom are responsible for not allowing that grace to cause others to stumble. Therefore, we have created this community to be a place where Christians who enjoy and feel comfortable playing various video games can come and enjoy their hobby with like minded believers. I think that most of us have probably played in communities of non-believers, and had a wide variety of different experiences with those communities. I have played in 'secular' guilds that have been full of great people whom I really enjoyed, and I have played with a bunch of immature, foul-mouthed brats, whom I didn't enjoy. Personally, I have as much fun with the people in Redeemed as I do with the games we play. That, in my opinion, very much qualifies as Christian fellowship.
For those who don't feel comfortable with the darker atmosphere of WAR, I'd encourage them to find another game to play with the ToJ community. There are lots to pick from.
