Jubilee has been implemented

As you all know, a lot of changes have been implemented. One of which is the idea of "Jubilee". Read here for more details:

Also, I'd like you all to read the Code of Conduct on the CS server. PLEASE read it! It has changed! You can find it here:

In a nutshell, what does this mean? It means that all banned and problem players have been given a second chance. We have erased the ban list and everyone is welcome to play.
