Are you sure? Wowinsider.com seems to think it is 3.1:

I'm getting my information from the patch downloader, which claims to be downloading 3.09.5787 or something like that.

Now that the patch is finished installing, however, it says I'm at 3.1.0.9767. W000t!

I am glad my sources were correct since I pay them a lot of money to feed the right information to me at the right time. Okay, not really, I am telling a fib.
