Is this enough to bring back the Tankadin, Mirakle??

This actually makes me NOT want to play anymore. Why would I keep working on Tank gear that will do me very little good for the 70-80 grind and then do me no good when I get there.
If anything I have to now respec Retri-noob pally and start collecting dmg gear as I have a grind ahead of me.
Why keep raiding for loot that is very soon to be outdated and left behind like all the cool armor sets I worked for months to get out of MC. Bleh.. I think this just nailed the coffin in my account. This is too soon and the lvl cap raise seems a bad idea to me. I felt like I was slapped in the face with BC but being able to switch from healer to tank gave me a distraction from all my healing gear that was rotting in the bank. I don't think I can deal with it again, and especially with a new tank class on the boards...
Guild Wars is looking good these days.

There is still alot of old stuff we've never experienced:
Two bosses in AQ20
Only cleared ZG like 3 or 4 times
BWL
AQ40
Naxx
There is still alot in the current expansion that hasn't been experienced
Even though we have cleared Kara once totally, prince down twice in total, so many people haven't bearly stepped foot into this instance.
Gruuls (only have HKM down once)
Magtheridon
Serpentsire Cavern
The Eye
The Black Temple
Quite honestly, I think we should forget that an expansion is even coming and concentrate on what we currently have to explore. People were so focused on levelling in BC that everything old world was ignored even though people said they wanted to finish BWL and start AQ40 and Naxx.

Have they even set a date for release? BC has only been out 7 months or so and they waited until WoW had been out over two years before they released it. I have no idea what their plan is, but I'd be willing to bet it will be at least next summer before anything gets released, maybe even winter 2008.

Blizz knows that Warhammer is posing to be the biggest shot at a true WoW-Killer. I would bet good money that Blizz will be smart and release this before the end of this year or 1st quarter 08 when Warhammer launches.
Of course Blizz is known for taking extra long to release stuff.

TBC announced @ Blizzcon '05 (October 25, 2005) ... released 1/16/07
Span =~15 months
WotLK announced @ Blizzcon '07 (August 2, 2007)
+ 15 months = January 2009
Also, I seem to recall that during the TBC release that Blizz said something about wanting to roll out expansions on a roughly annual basis. That would imply late Summer 08 assuming Bliz hit their own schedules. Hahahahaha.
Either way, sounds like a Christmas '08 target release kinda thing.
I find it hard to believe that Blizz would be reactive to another company, regardless of Warhammer. If their design conceit was huge back in the WCIII days, it's just out of this world now. And from the Vivendi people I've talked to, they are indeed hands-off with respect to Blizz so I don't think they'd get a lot of corporate pressure.
But...
a) Who knows how far along they are with development. Obviously they'd been working TBC well before the official announcement. So the spans above aren't fully meaningful.
b) Who knows how hard the technical side is on new stuff. Seems like they are doing some graphics upgradey type stuff and to presumably that's a bit of a different beast than just drawing up and populating a new zone and programming quests.
I am guessing that Mirakle is just dissappointed that neither "Tote Bag Kitty Lagoon" nor "The Shire" are among the new zones....

I dont buy all that respeccing/gear farming stuff either, I levelled up Prot spec 1-70 with no problems at all and 90% was solo questing

Newb pally. You don't respec to retribution to grind levels and gimp your damage output.
Retribution is what you use from 10-40. After that, protection is the way to go.
Obviously the pally running away from the fight in the Lich King video was a holy pally. So sad really.
And when the pally was surround by 20 undead mobs, I was like puhleese. Who are they kidding? That is easy money.

yeah, your right. I leveled 60-70 as Prot. I'm just being overdramatic as returning to the game recently showed me I can't play this game anymore. (the addiction + large time demands just don't mesh with my family life anymore) I just need an excuse to convince myself to leave cause I lack the will power to make the right decision.
