Question for discussion: Do those in power purposely shape society in such a way that they may maintain power and continue exploiting the less powerful?
Is the Man out to keep you down?

As a general rule in the world around us, I would have to agree with that statement. Not just the good ol' U.S of A. but other countries as well.
The struggle I have faced (and continue to face it seems) is being content where God has placed me in this world and doing what is right with the talents I have been given.

I would do that if I was a villain. Since I'm not, Who is the Man? God? If so, who else could, God, exploit the less powerful and why? Interesting.
Just a thought and only a thought, to have, God, doing that, it could make most of you care less about him or to question his methods. Hmph.

When I say "the Man," I refer to large corporations, government, wealthy individuals (Old Money and the Nouveau Riche), and others with a disproportionately large amount of power.
