I've played a little bit of WoW, but not much. (Two different friends have created characters for me on their accounts.) I got so bored having to run around and kill ten of these and twelve of these and wait for more of those things to spawn because about a quarter of the time they didn't drop what I needed. And five other people are trying to kill the things, too, and THEY AREN'T SPAWNING.
But the environment in WoW is fun. I liked climbing on top of things and jumping. Will I live? Will I die?

Gee, sounds like real life, except there I only wonder about the jumping thing; common sense and a bit of fear prevents the whole "plummeting to a splatting death" thing.
I also enjoy running around and hitting random people with blessings. It's fun.
But notice that I play GW, not WoW. I love the game play, and (surprise, surprise) I enjoy PvP, too. (Thanks to my hubby and Dredd for convincing me to try GvG in the FIRST place!) The visuals are great, the skills are intriguing and well thought out. I enjoy being able to play alone (with henchies) when I feel like it, or join a group if that appeals to me. The versatility is great.
