A friend said he read this on the Drudge Report. British Paratroopers where conducting live fire excercises near the Iraqi border when 12 Iraqi soldiers approached them...white flags and all attempting to surrender. The british troops sent them back to Iraq telling them that they could not surrender until a war actually started.
