Interesting Comment on Shadowblaid

So, there I am, a lock minding my own business, handing in a quest in Netherstorm, when, all of a sudden, I realize I'm getting ganked by a rogue two levels higher than me. As I'm sure you all know, it's rather frustrating to see your health dwindle away while you're simply trying to get away. Of course, in no time, I was dead.

So, I come back and rez, figuring everything is cool...the rogue got his HK, it was fair-and-square (as fare-and-square as rogues go) and no point in hitting a man when he's down (or at half health).

Well, I guess I thought wrong. This rogue comes back and kills me again. Ahh...well, I suppose that's what I get for creating a character on a PvP server.

So, I run back to my corpse, figuring this guy has it out for me for some reason...I'm not sure why...maybe it's my character name or something...maybe it's because I rolled a horde. So, I rez and mount up as quickly as possible to beat feet and, before I can get away, he kills me a THIRD time!!! Amazing!!!

So, I run back to my corpse and, unfortunately for another hordie two levels lower, this rogue was busy making him into minced meat, allowing me to get away.

So, I go to another area to grind for a bit and then go up to northern Netherstorm to work on a quest, figuring Mr. Rogue has moved on to other things. Well, amazingly, after 20 minutes, the same rabid rogue finds me and starts to do the slash-and-dice on me. Only, this time, I was able to get a fear off and sent Mr. Rogue packing, right into a few 69-70 mobs. Well, by the time Mr. Rogue (Shadowblaid) finishes me off, he's down to 20% health and aggroing a few Hounds and Eyes of Culubras. By some twist of fate, I had my soulstone bound and was able to rez in time to finish him off.

So, I do a bit of research and, lo-and-behold, he's a member of some guild called "Redeemed"...a Christian gaming guild. Well, I tell ya, I don't know how "Christian" it is to stab someone in the back 3 times and hunt him down and kill him for a ***4th*** time for kicks...getting no honor for the kill.

Well, I don't know...I guess everyone plays their character differently. Strange as it may seem, I've never killed an alliance character for kicks (unless he killed me first). But, I guess it's all part of the game and that's the risk one takes on a PvP server. Cry more noob...yadda, yadda, yadda.

But, the funny part is...this rabid, unforgiving, unrelenting, sadistic (some wholesome Christian values) rogue is a member of a CHRISTIAN gaming guild. All I can say is...HILARIOUS!!!!! ROFL!!!!!
 
we have all had worse before, I had a recent expirence in STV with one warrior ganked me 5 times straight and was waiting for me to rez when I logged off to do something else. Contrairy to what everyone believes we do enjoy teasing people like this every now and then too, even if it is bad it can be fun for us just like it can be fun for others. Even if you don't kill everyone you see dosn't mean that eveyone is going to do the same (I would know, I don't gank unless ganked) but no matter how many times I let things go people are going to have fun however they feel. A friend of mine gets a kick out of corpse camping people in STV every now and then (or at least he did till he quit). Just because he is a christian dosn't mean he can't have fun.
 
Its the marine in him, hes just fighting the good fight against any and all horde he sees:) PvP server isnt just about honor, alliance and horde are in an ever lasting battle against one another. Guess you will just do like all the other horde high levels that get tired of fair fights and just go gank some low 30s in STV for fun. Warlock thats 2 levels lower than a rogue should be able to beat him:P I beat a 68 warrior on my 61 warlock before, its not like shadowblaid is a UD rogue, chain fear sucks!
 
Hey Wicked, I think you mistook Shadow as someone who pays attention to your name and feelings. Sorry but Shadow is a PvP hurricane and your 4 deaths pale in comparison to the other 94 Horde deaths that happened that night at his hand. You should thank him for giving you the experience of a quick death x4.

Horde smell and I never look at your name, if its red your dead. You are basically a NPC that may or not be smarter then the game and you don't drop loot, but you die nonetheless. Please don't think that its personal, its just your toon is Horde and smells, if I met you IRL you would see how gentle I am, and like wise with Shadow. He is a great guy and you would agree, just not while playing your horde toon... lol
 
I'm sorry, but if your name appears red on my UI, you are a valid target. Whether thats once, twice or 10 times you sir are a valid target. Having said that, and knowing Shadowblaid, I'm quite postive that he'd be the first to forgive your remarks. I'm also quite postive that he won't think twice about killing your toon again today, tomorrow or the next. I didn't catch your ingame name, because I want to be sure to send you a hug should I see you online.
 
Not everyone on a PvP server likes to PvP....I don't. But most do. And you said it when you said that's what you get for being on a PvP server. Sorry you got ganked 4 times in a row but everyone gets corpse camped at least once. And even though we're Christian....we still want to enjoy the parts of the game we enjoy, whether it be PvE or PvP. C'est la vie.
 
IRL I would be glad to talk to you about all sorts of values, scripture, prayer...whatever....however in game....you are red to me. I will pwn you, when I can...where I can....as often as I can....I accept that I am on a PVP server...

Guess what I wear cloth! Imaging being level 40 in STV and the constant campings and one shots from those 20 - 30 levels higher than you?

AP>Trinket>POM>Pyroblast>Fire Blast (just so you know what that was that hit you)
 
hey im srry that u got the wrong impression but u also have to remeber u r horde we r ally when we see u u die oneway or another....now personaly unless the horde is a jerk i dont camp but not everyone is like that....and shadowblaid was revenging for me because i got camped 10 times by a rogue and mage so im srry :) and wish we could have had a better meeting between u and our amazing guild.

Now thats a DKP system I can really sink my teeth in. I'd even respec for survivability to get it. And we don't even use DKP anymore! :cool:
 
Canned ham ftw!!!

I was just thinking on my way home, how do we know that Shadowblaid was not actually helping this poor soul. You know, when I see horde pull more then they can handle, I help...by killing them. It saves them the sure to come durability hit and I get a HK. I call it my, Win-Win scenerio.

Admitedly, I feel most horde are uncapable of dealing with even so much as one mob.
 
there are usally better ways of helping someone who has pulled too many mobs ;) although admittedly that is the most fun.
 
I have a complaint that goes out to all horde....I have alts you know...plz don't gank them...I have a main....he loves to roam farming mats while yes letting little ones think they are safe then wamo....sry....we all get ganked and that is PvP...

I vote for a new thread with your best/worst PvP kill of the day... for example, time this week when I "got" the lv 44 priest who was afk'd (worst)...or when I took out the 70 rogue and mage after they wanted to pick on me :) (best) or hitting a rogue and letting him take the killing blow from mobs (style???)

+dkp for style :)
