Innervate for all Druids

When patch 1.11 releases, Innervate will become a base ability for all Druids, trainable at level 40. Once the patch is live, any Druid who formerly had the Innervate talent will instead have the "Swiftmend" talent, which has been added to the Druid Restoration tree, replacing Innervate as the 31 point talent. This new ability will consume a Rejuvenation or Regrowth effect to produce an instant heal.

So resto druids will get two insta-heals (w/ nature's grace), and all druids can innervate.

Umm, wow.

But what is swiftmend? Sounds like it takes a Rejuvenation or Regrowth and removes the 'over 16/21 seconds' part from the list.

So, instead of Regrowth doing 1003 to 1119 healing and another 1064 healing over 21 seconds, it will just do 2067 to 2183 healing.

Instead of Rejuvenation doing 756 healing over 12 seconds, it will just become an instant cast of 756 healing.

Or something like that. The quote 'will consume a Rejuvenation or Regrowth effect' sounds like it will have to be cast on an already-HoT'd target. So I'm not sure.

my understanding of the swiftmend talent is that it will only work if you have a Rejuvenation or Regrowth buff, and it will consume that buff to apply some instant healing. as to the ammount, that could be the remaining ammount left in the Rejuvenation or Regrowth buff, possibly with some additional healing. or it could be a fixed ammount of healing. we'll find out as 1.11 comes closer i guess.

Yeah it sounds a lot like the warlock's conflagurate talent (which consumes the remainder of the immolate dot and does some damage).
