Goodness...well, from where I sit, I had no idea there were any internal/inter-member problems, and I thought everything was going swimingly. Either I'm just not in tune with what's going on, not reading the right posts, or the problems have all been happening when I'm not online or in Teamspeak or something.
As part of the ToJ staff, I've heard of problems popping up in other chapters from time to time, but never heard boo from the GW clan; for once it seemed like we got it right!
But obviously I was unaware of some of the details.
At any rate, I for one have enjoyed playing GW with the chapter and am enjoying getting to know you all one person at a time. And the alliances have been a great source for grouping, trading and donating. I haven't had any problems with anybody so far - in fact quite the opposite - and it's either 'cuz it's a great game or we have great leaders who have fostered a positive gaming enviroment. It's probably both.
Keep it up guys and gals. As far as I'm concerned, the chapter rocks.
