I Pre-ordered from Target.

So i preorded the game. I when to Warhammeronline.com and registered my key. I then went to fileplanet to download the client for the sept 7 open beta. But for some reason it would not allow me to do it. Just kept saying "Invalid key" Anyone else have this problem?

If you have a solution let me know.
 
I preordered the game from GameStop and the key they sent me worked fine, but the first time I tried it I got the "Invalid Key" error. It turns out that when I copied the key from my e-mail I was missing one letter. Just make sure that the key sent you is correct. If that doesn't work you may want to try contacting Target customer support.

best buy was worse.... trust me xion, and since he got the key to work on Mythics site and not FP's, it would not be a target issue so your semi negative post was just not helpful at all :P odds are it is a copy issue or a FP/Mythic issue...





now for the OP...

make sure you didnt copy any blank spaces after the or before the key, but make sure you got the whole thing...

if you email FP/Mythic and they can not resolve the issue... well... there are other ways to download the client...
 
I remember standing in line at Best Buy's customer service to return a TV 2ish weeks ago and saw a guy standing around too. Looked kind of nerdy/geeky. Kind of overheard some of his conversation with a customer service person and realized he was trying to get his beta keys for preview weekend. They didn't know what he was trying to get from them or what he was talking about. So I saw him walk out with an XBox/XBox 360 game when I was leaving. Kind of laughed/felt sorry for him. ^^;;
 
Yeah where is the best place to pre-order.

I am not sure what ring would benefit my character the most so I haven't picked one yet. I am planning on playing some kind of healing class. Any suggestions on which ring will be most beneficial?

I preordered from Amazon and from BestBuy. Amazon was WAY better and faster at getting me my codes. I also had a bad experience with BestBuy on getting my codes in a timely manner, as did Bluberry. From what I hear, Target got their codes out, but messed up on putting in some Q's or O's or something along those lines. Take a look at the class you want to play and try to match up that with the items you'll be getting. If unsure, order from someone who is close to you storewise, that way if you have any issues you can bug their manager in person!

I am probably going to play an Archmage healer, what item works best for them?
 
My best guess for a healer would be:

GUARDIAN'S IOLITE BAND
Enhance your stats and cast "Touch of Spirit," increasing your chance of doing additional spiritual damage with each hit. (Usable in PvE combat only.)

But not positive. This has the longest list of places to preorder from as well though.
