I need help

After a nasty virus on my pc i installed everything on my spare hdd. Now i wanted to salvage some of my files from my original hdd.

I put it on as a slave drive and get all the stuff i need. Except, i cannot get into the my documents folder. Since i used a password to login to windows it wont let me get in there.

Now i know the password but theres no way to enter it. How do i get in that folder? I need the stuff in there urgently. Mainly a piece of college work i have to hand in on monday >_<

Help me!!!
 
never mind.. its unreachable. i am formatting it now

aww, you shouldn't have reformatted it so quickly, all you needed to do was boot into knoppix and then you have access to your whole computer without having to worry about that nasty windows virus.
 
Yes i know.. But i have managed to redo all my college work.. w00t.. And now i sleep.
