I live, again...

Okay, it's been awhile. So long, in fact, that many of you will not remember, or never knew me. During a move to Amsterdam a year or so ago my registration here somehow became corrupted, and whilst I could no longer log in, the system would not forward my real password to my email address.

With the move to the new system, it seems that this block has vanished, and I am able to exert myself on here again.

Whether this is a cause for joy or a cause for despair depends upon your perspective, I suppose. :)

Welcome back. Sorry I did not know how previously, however, I am glad that you were able to get the problems fixed. Since you have not been on in while, please take a moment to review the ToS and other general guidelines for posting. I am guessing that a lot has changed in Religious Discussions since you were here last.

Please try to keep posts civil, respectful and to the topic at hand. If you have any questions comments or concerns, please feel free to PM me with them.

The general guidelines seem similar - as do the ToS. The only things that have changed is that I am no longer allowed to misrepresent my religious or sexual preferences. I assume you had problems with people pretending to be Christian, or pretending to be other religions?

I am a little confused how one can make a lewd reference to agnosticism, or to Buddhism or any of the other religious choices you have treated a little harshly in your ToS by referring to them as "occult practices". I can assure you though, that I will remember the little children and avoid anything lewd on this site.

Sheesh Gen, way to be the welcoming hostess...

Hey Eon, I don's know if you remember me, but back when I first started coming to this forum you and Timor were both there. Timor has since left, though I seem to recall him making a post or two a while ago.. But anyways, it's good to see you around again. : )

(blinks) I thought we tried not to do obvious sarcasm because it's very hard to carry tone of voice through on the internet? When I do use sarcasm (And I'm British, so there's no getting around that fact that I will) it will be marked with a winky smiley.

You directed me to the ToS and I am trying to test my understanding of it. Sarcasm was not intended.

And thanks for the welcome, Bill. I look forward to talking with you on here. :)

WOOTness my 2nd favorite person from religous area (next to timor)

Eon is back...

O Noes....

O well, I don't visit this forum to often anymore because I had to buy out the Tylenol company so I could afford the headache remedies. Owners discount ya know!
