Well I did it, I broke down and got a new ds with Mario Kart DS (Which is an awesome game in itself). Although I need to break down and purchase a "wireless" adapter for my computer so I can play Wifi. By the way are there any suggestions for a good cheap way of going about doing that or purchasing the items???

Also I am looking for one or two good puzzle games like for instance I saw at Walmart today "Touchmaster" which has 23 different games or Puzzle League "somthin" Are those any good?

Well hopefully I will be wifi soon so I can play some people :)

Look around for a game rating website. I'm not really sure where to look, as I only buy major releases (HALO 3!!! whoooohooo!!!).

Did you pick up an original Nintendo DS (larger and bulkier) or the DS Lite?

I have a Linksys WRT54GL, but only because I wanted to load custom firmware (DD-WRT) on it. You can probably pick up a less expensive Linksys wireless router for ~$40-50 USD now.

I wouldn't know, but I did read an interesting opinion piece on what the folks at Video Lamer consider the 65 best Nintendo DS games. I would link to it, but the article contains a few F-bombs.

I may have to wait until DD-WRT releases a new version supporting multiple SSIDs before playing Nintendo DS games online. My current network setup features WPA2-AES encryption with a 63-character alphanumeric password. The DS only supports WEP encryption and Nintendo representatives have said that they have no intention of adding WPA support in an update.

By the bye, I do plan on purchasing a Nintendo DS Lite this weekend if Nintendo doesn't announce plans for a new DS model during E3. I'll be sure to post about the purchase when the time comes.

EDIT: If you're a fan of the Zelda series, I recommend setting some money aside for when Zelda: Phantom Hourglass is released stateside in October.

I have a DS myself, and I got my hands on Puzzle Quest!!! I love it! I went on a road trip with a friend of mine, we ran the batteries down so many times on that trip just from playing it. It's pretty much just Bejewled, only that's the combat. There is an entire RPG system going in the game while you play, it's tons of fun.
