I Fixed my XP Non Restart Trouble.

In Device Manager in Windows XP Home I had three
yellow question marks with devices names:

Ethernet Controller
PCI Device
SM Bus Controller

I had the question marked SM Bus Controller Disabled
and I found out that enabling SM Bus Controller fixed
my XP Non restart problem.

Now how I got rid of these 3 question marks is for the
Ethernet Controller and PCI Device I went into device
manager and with the Motherboard disk in drive I updated
and installed these 2 automatically and to deal with the
SM Bus Controller question mark I executed a file named
infinst_autol.exe on my Motherboard disk and 0 Yellow
question marks and Win XP restarting through windows xp
properly.

My Motherboard is a Gigabyte EP35-DS3P with Bios Flashed
to F3.

I took me months to fiqure this out.
