Ever heard  I triple dog dare  you?
rock.gif
?  Or how about truth
or dare?

Well most dares  like jumping off a building etc. I would advise you not to take, but this one I'm hoping all of you take a minute and really think about it and take the
challenge I'm going to set before you.

As everyone has heard our prayer newsletter is going along like a runaway train,   but there's something missing. ( well maybe not missing but sort of in short supply.) To me my word  would be blessings.... in the letter it's praises.

So here's my challenge to you and I want to hear from you
either here or in IM or at litsafalda@yahoo.com. (I was gonna
use tear and sunset but these Biblical examples are far greater.)

I challenge you to share/find at least one blessings a week
that God  has given you be it as small as a mustard seed or
as big as a rainbow we want to hear about it and say prayers
of thanks to go along with all of those prayers of asking.

***Matt 17:20 NIV He replied, "Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."
***Gen 9:13 "I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth."

So I am really waiting to hear from you to see what kind of
"Blessings" you  receive each week.

                                            Blessings, "Angel"

agreed. start praying and start seeig things happen. And we want to be the first to hear so we can put it in the letter

Ok guys and gals; Lords and Ladies,
I think I am quite disappointed. I really thought just from the few of you that I've become close with that there would have to be some sort of " joy, happiness, peace, etc." that either happens to you or through you by God. I was really hoping this thread would be so full of blessings we wouldn't have room to do all of them at one time. Hmmm Are you really taking a breath each day to see what is really happening and what you have and are being given.... Just by the grace of God?

I've been adding some of mine each week in the newsletter.... I would love to see that the praise area outgrows the prayers and not just by lack of one or the other. So I'm waiting hmmm patiently?

probably not I get a bit tired of God working on that area for me.

10 min after i read this my parents started fighting and 10 min after that as a blessing our pastor and wife came down our driveway and their out garage saling LOL!, what a blessing

Heh. I seem to be arriving late to the party, and not even fashionably late at that. *blush* My apologies, ladies and gentlemen.

LITSAFALDA recently asked me to send in prayer requests and I did--several of them. I admit I've been a bit less punctual in sending in the praise reports she asked for, though I have several of those as well. So, without further ado, here goes:

- Come January 1 (or 2, we haven't quite decided yet), I'll be marrying the most wonderful woman in the world, my fiancee, Ember. I thank God for her every day and am still in awe that I have the privilege of marrying such a wonderful and godly woman.

- Tribe of Judah and Christian Gamers Alliance are both coming along very nicely with more and more community members getting involved and putting their hand to the proverbial digital plow.

- After a few months of surviving on unemployment, I recently took a job as a PC technician here in Tulsa. I'm doing what I've always done and getting paid for it now--fixing people's computers!

- Did I mention Ember yet? *g* I think that should count as double, at least...

- I'm in good health, and that's an emphatic praise report. Having had issues with back pains and other conditions in the past, it's wonderful to be (almost) pain-free and living healthily.

- There's more good stuff going on behind the scenes that I can't quite report yet, but know that God is good and that He's given me such wonderful gifts!

- By the way, my car is really, really cool. I know I said that a few months ago, but it still holds true. *g*

I think that covers it--for now. Life is wonderful! Even when it gets trying, I know I have my beautiful fiancee and, even more importantly, a loving God on my side. w00t!

This week i praise god for a realisation of something Eccleslastes 5:2 Do not be quick with your mouth do not be hasty in your heart to utter anything before God is in heaven and you are on earth so let your words be few
It remined me that dont be quick to make promisses or accuse people of things with out thinking about it.

and this isnt for me but my best friend his cusins got thru with there trip safely

Wow. This tread is a spirit lifter!

I submitted a prayer request a week or so ago. I will respond now.

My job, I am a pastor, was a little overwhelming with many things happening at once that were stretching me. It seems everything has worked out quite well. God's spirit has renewed me.

I have had several people see God move in their lives and taken steps toward them.

My staff has responded very well to their yearly reviews.

I really love my job. I have the honor of doing what God created me to do!

I am just rambling now because of too much coffee.

OK ALL I'M GONNA BE THE ONE TO REVIVE THIS..... PLEASE KEEP ADDING.

This is definitely a praise and a prayer. But I think bigger on the PRAISE.

After much time and several problems God has chosen His timing to yet again bless me. My "Rainbow" would be that He has given me a child which should be gracing this world .... end of March or the first of April...
(due date is April 4th). According to the doctor I am six weeks pregnant this week. Anyone who really knows me ooc understands my
unconditional love especially for children. My "Mustard Seeds" are that He is overcoming all of those little problems that have been arising. This week we were shown that there is a heart beat .... this drops the chances of miscarriage to less then 3%. Also this week seems as some of my hormone levels were not as high as my doctor wanted... so I get to take medication which today showed a very positive result.

Some of you know more about my problems with having children while others don't but I do feel that this is all as a result of God's timing. Hmmm pastor's sermon Sunday was about prayer. Sometimes He says yes, sometimes no, and sometimes just wait.

I would ask for your prayers for a safe and healthy pregnancy for myself and the baby (hmmm so far only one) during these next months.

Blessings,"Angel"
