After my two week leadership hiatus, I officially, as of now, will be resuming those duties.
HOWEVER, a couple of changes will take place, as I need to delegate as many things as possible to keep myself sane:
1. I will not solve your problems with other alliance members. Please try to solve the situation between the two of you first, and if that does not work out, talk to an officer who is online at the time or the offending member's guild leader.
2. There will be more officers; with over 120 members, 7 officers are just not enough. I will be speaking with my current officers about who we will approach to fill those spots. DO NOT APPROACH ME OR ANOTHER OFFICER ABOUT THIS. I am a firm believer that the best leaders are the ones who do not volunteer for those roles, so that will be the quickest way to disqualify yourself. Also, do not take anything personally about any decision we ultimately make.
3. Forum changes are in the works; thanks to Paul for taking the inititaive to cut through the red tape to get that done.
4. I will likely be online much less for the time being (at least until Nightfall is released), and my time online will be spent playing and enjoying the game. Any and all administrative duties I take care of will be done outside of the game unless absolutely necessary.
5. I will resume leadership of the Bible Study once Joey has finished his study of 1 John. I commend him for the job he has done through tough personal circumstances.
