So does that mean that Stoop's really bad play style will be even worse this time around?

Bowsers Sarcasm is over powered, nerf it, nerf it. Cry more noob!!! Go roll on a PvE if you don't like it.
 
actually according to the post we have already had this bug since release but no one discovered it untill an addition was made to the 1.5 client that made the tool tip and client side cool down timer show the correct time of the cool down. Supposedly in next patch it will be fixed.
 
Thanks for that Jaz, I try to keep up with all the classes, these threads that hit 30+ pages in 24hours just drive me nuts.
