How to say "Draenei"

Since the new alliance race has been announce. I thought about the word "Draenei" is pretty easy to say, just take out the two "e" which I believe are silent and it sounds more like "Dran-i".

Now go out there and tell everyone that new alliance race is the "Draenei"!

I think a good short term would be "Drans" or "Drannies"
