You should set time aside every day to pray and read, but you should be in constant communication with god. Everything you do you have your thoughts on god.
 
Everyday, i always have QT alone in my room. It's always good to think about what you've done, what you did good, what you did bad, and ask God for forgiveness and wisdom

Amen..I need to have more Quiet Time
 
constant does not mean you're just sitting there. it means you're constantly thinking about him, knowing he's there, asking him quick things throughout the day, like when you're talking to your friend, think bout it. and ask him.
