Just got into it, since I have to be a member to see a photo album...

It looks nice, but as far as friends are, I have no idea what are your real names!

I'd like to see what kind of albums you've made. :p

Also, the whole chat interface is confusing. Seems exactly like posting in the forums...

I find Facebook OK. Generally because i dont allow any of the 3rd party apps on it. I just use it to keep in touch with friends and see what they are up to.

Its getting a bit cluttered nowdays, but its a good thing to maybe do a CGA or ToJ group in and share stuff.
 
It has its plusses and minuses. I find that it's much better than MySpace (which myspace is making a huge attempt to copy facebook in everything except the music player... and I find most other people's music annoying. I never put a song on my page for that reasson)

The biggest downside is that facebook runs off of real names, or at least fake names with 2 parts, and you can't change it. So you really have to trust the people that you're giving your info to. I can't imagine that you would have any trouble with folks here, but I would at least suggest that you post your email through PMs or in private forums. Posting it in the public forums just gets you hit by spambots.

Lastly, I'm not a huge fan of the new facebook layout, but I'm slowly getting used to it. It makes it so you don't have to see all of another person's 3rd party applications if you want to go look at their pictures, leave a message, or whatever. I see the advantage of it, I just find it clunky to get around.
 
I only use Facebook to stay in contact with people and to help promote Tribe of Judah's Official Facebook Group.

I use a separate personal account to stay in touch with friends in other cities, but I only bother logging in when I get an alert e-mail telling me I have a new friend request or message.

On both MySpace and Facebook, I have my personal profiles locked down as tightly as possible.
 
i like it alot better. btw corp, pm me your RL info because my security preferences make it so you cant find me outright
