How do I get a Sentinel's Medallion?

Since Skibi's Pendant usually runs between 75g and 100g, I'd like to find out how to earn a Sentinel's Medallion instead.

Here's the information I've collected so far:

TO CONFIRM IT the rep requirment for this is HONORED with WSG (Silverwing Sentinels) you get rep by turning in flags (28) taking back flags (28)winning WSG (50)and turning in marks of honor (50)

Can someone post a more detailed explanation, please?

You get points with Silverwing by doing the following-
1. Killing people in WSG
2. Returning your flag to your base.
3. Capturing the horde flag and returning it to your base
4. Winning the WSG contest, first team to three flags
5. Turning in WSG honor tokens 3 at a time. YOu get one token for a loss and three for a win. You turn them in at the quest guy for PvP quest. There is one at every PvP instances sign up area.

You have to get enough points to get honored. Which I think is like two to five thousand. I am not sure. But, it is not hard.

Neutral to Friendly = 3000 points
Friendly to Honoured = 6000 points
Total = 9000 points...get to work Tek!!!

How many reputation points does each of these five tasks give?

Total = 9000 points...get to work Tek!!!

9,000 minus the 740 I already have, which leaves 8,260 rep to gain. Oy, that will probably take a while.

I had planned to return to PvP when I hit level 48. Now I'll have an objective when I do.

At level 60 honored would take about two weeks to four weeks depending on how much you played and if they were WSG weekends.
