Hmmmm, what's this?

I'm, err, pretty sure that was a leaked trailer for Mirror's Edge 2. Not Beyond Good and Evil 2.

That's similar the the Beyond Good and Evil 2 video I've seen before.

It's definitely not Mirror's Edge 2, that video is third person, and the protagonist will certainly not be carrying a weapon if it's at all the same.

Also, doesn't fit the art style of Mirror's Edge, which was a key selling point for me.

If that's not BG&E2, I don't know what it is, but I am almost certain it has nothing to do with Mirror's Edge

Bwah? I can't imagine it looking like anything else but Mirror's Edge. The movement, walljumps, bracing against walls to quickly change direction, tuck and roll, brief use of other people's weapons, character's haircut, sound effects, gameplay--it all looked like straight out of a Mirror's Edge sequel that's trying out a broader color palette and an optional third-person perspective.

Not convinced? Watch this trailer for Mirror's Edge and imagine the video recorded from a third-person perspective instead of a first-person perspective.

If the trailer really is for BG&E2, then the animation was at the least heavily influenced by Mirror's Edge.

ME has a distinct art style, the whole purpose is to be in first person. The runner looks like the hero from BGaE. O.o

I'm talking about character animation. What other character in video games has that frame and haircut and moves like that? The sound of the bullets whizzing by, the ledge grab and shuffle, the non-violent neutralization of enemy forces--it all feels so familiar.

Granted, parkour didn't start with Mirror's Edge. And maybe this is indeed a trailer for BG&E2. But there are most definitely shared elements between Mirror's Edge and the trailer shown--even if color palette and perspective aren't among them.
