Ken here from Men of God. I was wondering if you might be up for a TF2 Fellowship Scrim?

Hi Ken,

Yes, I believe we would definitely be interested in setting up a fellowship scrim! We don't have a dedicated competition team at the moment, but it's only a matter of organizing our members and picking a date/time. (We're into summer now so it might be difficult, but we'll see)

What were you thinking, 5v5, 7v7, 8v8, etc.? And monday/tuesdays seem to be the best days, generally, for our group, but we're open to other suggestions.
 
Hi Elijah! As Shagz has said I believe we would love to have a TF2 scrim with you guys. Would be a great time and good fellowship. If we can get a few details it should be rather easy to grab some of our guys to play.

I'm up for it. I can play as either Pyro or Medic. If we're desperate for Soldiers, I can do that, too.
 
HI all, thanks for the replies! We are nowehere near competition quality. We like to get together and have a good time and fellowship with other christians. We could do 4v4 fairly easy may be harder to get 7v7 for us because of the weekend. We're mainly a CoD series and BF series group.

Although I am partial to TF2 & DOD Source.

What do you guys think about a 4v4 Sunday night?

A sunday night scrim might be a *little* late notice for us, but for 4v4, it might not be too much of a problem, especially for a casual scrim.

I unfortunately can't lead a sunday night scrim as I have a friend visiting from out of the country, but if jet lag makes the evening go short, I can pop in. So if one of the ToJ admins is available sunday night to lead and we can get 3 more players, we're gold. If not, we may have to reschedule.
 
Short notice can be a problem. How about a little farther out like next Friday night? Say July 11th 10:30pm Eastern 4v4?

Friday nights are usually date nights for me and my wife, but don't re-schedule on my account. I'm sure we can get one or two admins to help coordinate a scrim on a Friday night.

What is more romantic than stabbing, shooting or igniting your spouse in TF2 Tek (She'd really be "aflame" with passion then ^^ )? You could work through trust issues by uber'ing her as she runs into sentry fire, just like that falling back and you catching her trust exercise. Oh that's right you haven't gotten her into TF2 yet... pity I really though that marriage would last :p
 
It seems besides spending hours of playing the Spy, Gerbil also spends time watching Dr. Phil. :p The two don't mix well.

Unless he's studying his enemy in an elaborate plot to backstab Dr. Phil, cloak, and escape.

Then it would be a wonderful combination.
 
Well, it's Friday and I don't think we were able to get an admin to step in and help set up a scrim for this evening. What about next week? Monday evening? I could probably help lead something after 9:15pm EST.
