I'm having a piece of a bone cut out of my foot Friday morning. It was a bone that was supposedly removed 10 years ago and I have still had lots of pain in my foot since then.
A new Dr. just found a piece of it still in my foot. it's one of the bones under the ball of my foot and it had gotten smashed in a bad wreck I had.
The bad thing about it, in order to get to this piece, he has to cut into the bottom of my foot and almost disect the whole ball of my foot. It's fairly intensive surgery for my foot.
I'm diabetic and have seriously high blood pressure problems. I'm on 7 medicines to keep my bp down to normal. I'm just very nervous about being knocked out for this surgery.
