I am a member of ToJ and sent an email with a request to join SoE a few days ago. I haven't heard back or received an invite in game. Is there something else I need to do?

Thanks for sending my son the invite guys:) I have another son that wants to join as well. He is now a member of ToJ. His ingame character name is Shield Of Life. Could we please get an invite for him as well before you guys leave for your Christmas family trips?
