Since the main GunZ forums are down, I'd recommend posting in the GunZ Factor Tech Help Forum.

Perhaps some of the tech gurus in ToJ could help out?

EDIT:

the router blocks certain things in GunZ that gives you the agent error.
If you unplug it, you can play, yes. You can also try to portforward ports 7700-7800, that may also help.

This Agent Error problem is a well-known problem and yet nobody still got the solution to this. All I can suggest is to try to forward ports 7700-7800 on your router [if you are using one] and disable the firewall to see if it's helping.
