Yea with the addition of reports for the Taiwan and Korean servers it's bogged down really bad...let the newness of it wear off and things will be good again.

Change boots to vitality
Change rings to healing
Change cloak to subtlety

Low level gems:
get a +9 healing / 2 Mana per 5 and a +9 healing / 4 intel (or +9 healing / +crit rating) (Blue quality gems)

The gear upgrades are easily upgradable in Kara

I found it interesting that this site didn't totally jive with the WoW Armory in one case for me. I "upgraded" from my T5 shoulders according to the Armory, but my score on this site actually dropped slightly. Kind of interesting...
